MEIAR recognizes a real estate transaction takes many professionals from beginning to end. Making connections with affiliate members and REALTOR® members is one of our priorities. As an affiliate member MEIAR has created multiple situations where sponsorship of events, websites, meetings are available.
Affiliate Marketing
New for 2025 - Newsletter Sponsorship
MEIAR produces 6 member newsletters per year and 6 technology newsletters per year. Affiliates may supply a banner ad to be placed at the top of the newsletter. The cost is $150.00 per newsletter. Register early to reserve your spot.
New for 2025 - MEIAR MLS Login Page
This opportunity is currently in the process of being created for our Affiliate members. Ads will run for one month on the dashboard members use to log into the MLS. Details to follow.
Free in 2025 - Enhanced Directory Listing on our website and ListHub.
Member Offices may take advantage of enhanced directory listings for free. Includes: cell phone number, bio, bullet point highlight list, photo gallery, video, map, website address, email address, social media information, toll free number, and related contacts. Affiliate members must add and maintain current information in our app or member portal.
Website Sponsorship
Offices may sponsor the meiar.net website, choosing between 3 different levels of sponsorship and benefits. Silver ($250.00/yr) small logo in 3rd carousel at the bottom of the home page. Gold ($350.00/yr) medium logo in 2nd carousel at the bottom of the home page, and Platinum ($500.00/yr) large logo located in the 1st carousel at the bottom of the home page with a clickable link to your direct website. Logo and clickable link will be placed in the slider at the top of the MEIAR home page for 1 month.
MEIAR Quarterly Membership Meeting Sponsorship
Membership meeting sponsors are allowed 10-15 minutes of podium time to promote their company, introduce new employees, etc. You may completely sponsor the meeting, partially sponsor a meeting, the configurations are endless, please contact MEIAR staff for more details.
Continuing Education Sponsorship
MEIAR offers our members and non-member licensees the ability to attend CE sessions in-person to further expand their careers. During these sessions MEIAR has sponsor slots open for breakfast (2 days) (pastries, juice, coffee) and lunch one day.
Broadcast Email Messages
Need to send a message to our members? Broadcast services are available to our affiliate members about their services, events, etc. with a minimal fee of $50.00 per broadcast. Each office is allowed 1-2 messages per month based on content. Click here for details and requirements.
Community Service Event Sponsorships
Affiliate members may sponsor teams, donate promotional products, purchase advertising on the yearly MEIAR community service t-shirt, donate prizes for events. Contact MEIAR or a member of the Community Service Committee for more information.
MEIAR Social Events
We hold many Social/Networking events throughout the year for our members to co-mingle and become acquainted while having fun. The committee organizes a bowling tournament, golf outing, summer networking series, and so much more. Members of the committee will contact all affiliate members to announce the next project and offer you sponsorship opportunities. If you have any questions please call the MEIAR staff.
